The new offering looks to add to his charts on labels such as Filth on Acid, 1605, FORM Music or Reload Records.
Widely lauded as one of the most sought-after techno artists of the decade, Space 92’s rise to superstardom has been meteoric to say the least. This prolific French producer has been one of the world’s best-selling techno artists for the past four consecutive years.
Behind every single
The release kicks off with the title track, Colonia, a sweltering, wild ride that combines ethereal, light composition with heavy, punchy breakdowns. Gigantic synth cuts seem to enter the mix from all directions, blurring the line between percussion and melody, while the track’s propulsive drumming drives it forward.
On the opposite side is ‘Meteor’, another thick techno groove whose simple but effective synth riff is an absolute earworm. Its long, atmospheric build-up makes it a perfect energy accumulator. French duo KAS:ST included the track in their recent Cercle set, which, at the time of writing, has racked up over 860,000 views. enjoy!
