Three years later, Israeli producer returns to leading UK label
After an outstanding first half of this year, the Israeli producer comes from having an outstanding first half of the year. He has recently released three singles on Guy J’s Lost & Found, also, he has been part of Eli Nissan’s latest album “God Between Us”, with the track ‘Juanita’. Now, Khen returns to Anjunadeep with the double cut ‘Yellow’ and ‘Jasmine’.
Both pieces already have the support of renowned producers such as John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo and Guy J. And if that’s not enough, the news of this release is added to the announcement of his participation in ADE coming in October where he will do a B2B with Eli Nissan for Lost & Found.
The Tel Aviv based producer has a short but prominent run with Above & Beyond labels. At the end of 2018 he made his debut on Anjunadeep with the double cut ‘Closing Doors’ and ‘Burgundy’. Last year, he was part of the compilation “20 Years Of Anjunabeats: The Deep Mixes” with his remix for the track ‘Every Little Beat’ by A&B. Anjuna is part of the prestigious list of labels where the artist has released. Some others are Bedrock, Vivrant, Lost Miracle, and more.
Behind each cut
This journey begins with ‘Yellow’, a piece that demonstrates the Israeli’s innate skills with the synthesizer mix. An addictive organic proposal under percussions that simulate the atmosphere of a party amidst the beauty and warmth of the oasis while soft ethereal notes fly around the song.
‘Jasmine’ joins the series with more progressive touches. Dreamlike rhythms. The bases flash electrifying strums and organ sounds flourish throughout the track.
